1. Definitions
– “ SWI “ means Steel Wood Industries
– “SWI CLUB ” means privileged set of customers for which Steel Wood Industries intends to roll out the various commercial offers and facilities regarding supplies of products manufactured by Steel Wood Industries.
– “SWI CLUB Registration Form means the registration form required for signup for “SWI Club”
2. “SWI CLUB ” to sign up customer needs to fill the “SWI CLUB Registration Form” given by the representative of Steel Wood Industries.
3. Any clarification regarding the offers can be sought by writing to sales@steelwoodindustries.com.
4 By Signing up for the offer , you agree to maintain the confidentiality of the offers rolled by SWI from time to time and treat all the communication related to SWI Club as information meant for select customers and not be shared /reproduced to other suppliers ,companies etc.
5. “SWI” respects the confidentiality of our customers and information furnished by the customers in SWI Club Registration form would be treated with confidentiality.
6. In the event that SWI in its sole discretion, considers that you are making any illegal and/or unauthorized use of the benefits of “SWI Club” and/or your use of the Benefits is in breach of SWI Company Policy. SWI reserves the right to take any action that it deems necessary, including terminating the offer without notice and, in the case of illegal use, instigating legal proceedings
7. SWI may suspend the “SWI CLUB ” at any time and for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to repairs, planned maintenance or upgrades, and shall not be liable to you for any such suspension.
8. SWI reserves the right to make any changes to the “SWI CLUB ” offer or to discontinue any aspect or feature of the “SWI CLUB ” offer without notice to Users.
